The questions will be sent to Knut, and he and Mats will answer.

25.05.04: Knut was a guest at Musikkmisjonen @ NRKP3 yesterday, and was interviewed about the album, among other things.
During the program, they announced that Euroboys, Minor Majority and Jim Stärk would play at Petre's Petre Session on June the 15th. AND that they would be playing outdoors and with free entrance at St. Hans Haugen, Oslo. Euroboys will headline. The show will be broadcasted live on P3 at the same time as the gig: 1800-2000.

18.05.04: The music video for "One Way Street" was just premiered on Absolutt Underholdning @ TV2. Looks great - the video was shot at Lanzarote in Easter earlier this year. The hosts at Absolutt Underholdning also (pray it's not true) said the album was to be delayed due to the press strike in Norway.

"Soft Focus" (which has got this cat. number from Virgin; 7243 5787562) will contain 11 songs, here are some song of titles mentioned in recent interviews:
"One Way Street", "Fears Be Gone", "24 Years", "Good Enough" and "Crystal Pipeline". Chris Summers will be featured with vocals on (at least) "Good Enough". The album will also feature songs written by Matt and Trond.
01.05.04: According to this article (In Norwegian), Euroboys will be featured at a Store Studio Nachspiel show, during this summer. These will feature interviews and live performances. Most likely what was broadcasted at the radio show.

03.03.04: The Black Diamond Brigade CDS has sold enough to get gold in Norway. Knut was asked when they received their prize if Black Diamond Brigade would make albums later, and he replied (something like) this: "If Satyricon, Turbonegro, Ralph Myers and Amulet all breaks up at once, then it's probable". In other words, no.. :)
24.02.04: The Black Diamond compilation was released today. Among others, the Black Diamond Brigade (with Knut) is featured with their Kiss cover Black Diamond. This compilation features an alternate version of the music video, with famous snowboarder Terje Håkonsen.

05.02.04: I had a chat with Knut yesterday at Blæst. He told me the album was not focused on psychedelic music. Instead, listen to Fleetwood Mac and America. David Crosby's "If I Could Only Remember My Name" was also essential for the band's new sound, which I and all the others at Blæst got a sample of; Knut and Anders played the new radio single twice. In a couple of weeks this song will be played on the radio, so it's time to get tuned! :)
04.02.04: Knut Schreiner and Anders Møller will be DJ's at Blæst, Trondheim tonight! This is part of a concept called "Rock & coctails" which is kind of a duell of DJ's. Knut represent Turboneger, Anders represents Euroboys... Free entrance!

27.01.04: GOOD NEWS: There's an optimistic article in today's VG: Euroboys will release an album in May, this has been confirmed (to VG) by EMI! :D The album had been long delayed because of the Turboneger reunion. The article is available in norwegian at the press section!
16.01.04: Knut Schreiner and Billy Gould (Faith No More), Tarjei Strøm (Ralph Myerz..), Torgy Amdam (Amulet) and Satyr Wongraven (Satyricon) has recorded Kiss' song "Black Diamond" for a compilation cd of hardrock songs called "Black Diamond". The band calls themselves "Black Diamond Brigade" as well... :) The song is also available on CDS and the guys have made a music video, which can be seen on SVISJ-TV in Norway. The band will play a concert at the Alarm Prize Awards at Teatergarasjen, Bergen on February 14th... Possibly the only live performance by this super-group.
16.10.03: Anders Møller is featured on Los Plantronics' new album; La Orchestra Diabolica (Mariachi Productions 004). Per Øydir plays in Los Plantronics ex-drummers band, The Indikation. The Plantronics album "Columbian Necktie" features Per on organ.
19.07.03: According to rumours coming from different people, the album will be released in spring 2004. Rumours tell tales of a psychedelia album, Byrds and Love are references... And, to make it interesting: These rumours come from people who have talked with Knut himself.
03.06.03: Anders Møller was "Superstar DJ" @ Musikkmisjonen at NRK Petre yesterday. He played some breakdance-music (he listened alot to that when he was 12-13), some swedish garage-rock (from the movie Dom Kallade Oss Mods, from which Euroboys use a sample in the beginning of Stockholm) and some David Crosby (Byrds-era, he recommended listening to west coast bands such as Grateful Dead/Jefferson Airplane. "Anything with hair".). He also said that we'll hear something from the Euroboys "soon".
